Öko-Hotel Gruebisbalm

Located high above Vitznau, Gruebisbalm is a perfect holiday destination for families and children. This small hotel has been in peaceful Gruebisbalm for almost 25 years. It has been renovated to environmentally-friendly standards and offers six simple rooms, 13 beds, with two big shower areas and toilets on the landing. The light and spacious dining room is popular with young and old for cosy family holidays, all kinds of special events and small, quiet seminars. The energy at the Eco Hotel Gruebisbalm comes from renewable energy sources, with wood-fired heating, solar collectors and a photovoltaic system. For kids, trampoline and toys are available. Just 10 minutes' walk from the hotel is the Gruebisbalm Cave where there is a small lake and a waterfall. Private parties can be held in this cave from May to October (and sometimes also in March/April and November). Company holidays The Hotel will be closed until the 8th of March 2018 due to company holiday.
