Fondue trip in wagon 6

With the Rigi Railways, you can enjoy a fondue in unusual places: for example, in the oldest electric cogwheel railcar in the world (built in 1911).

In the heated "Wagon 6", we set off by moonlight towards Rigi Kulm at almost 1800 meters above sea level. During the historic, wintery ascent, the hostesses serve an aperitif followed by a delicious fondue.

6.45 pm: approx. arrival at Rigi Kulm
7.45 pm: approx. fondue in the stationary wagon on Rigi Kulm
9.10 pm: Return journey from Rigi Kulm
10 pm: Arrival Goldau Hochperron

Parking spaces are available at the station in Arth-Goldau. Please park at the parking lot "Eichmatt" in Goldau and not at the station Goldau A4. However, we recommend public transport instead of a car: sit back, enjoy and do something good for the environment.
